On May 1, 2026, the Kapatidkita Mahalkita Foundation successfully conducted its second annual Resume and Career Preparation Workshop, attended by third- and fourth-year college sponsored students under the Philippines Humanitarian Sponsorship Program. The workshop featured nine mentors who are alumni of the Philippines Humanitarian and are now pursuing successful careers in various industries. Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, the mentors shared valuable knowledge on resume writing, interview preparation, workplace professionalism, and career planning. By connecting current scholars with successful graduates, the program provided encouragement, guidance, and real-world insights that help prepare students for meaningful employment and long-term career success. This mentorship initiative reflects the Foundation’s commitment to supporting scholars beyond the classroom and equipping them with the skills necessary to thrive in the professional world.
